SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for shopping with TINA. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
WHERE WE SHIP
TINA currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING COST
FREE standard shipping on every order — including all subscription deliveries. No minimum purchase required.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as
soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard USA shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Once shipped, delivery is handled by USPS or
UPS.
SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES
If you're on an AutoShip plan, your next jar is automatically shipped on your renewal date. You'll get a reminder email a few days before every renewal, and
you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account portal.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@buytina.com with your order number. We'll sort it out
— either a replacement or a refund, your call.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Need to update your shipping address? Email hello@buytina.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order ships. Once it's on the
truck, we can't redirect it.
